To apply for the NCLEX-RN in the United States, you are highly recommended to apply on Pearson VUE which gives you the advantage of receiving the ATT earlier than other test providers.
First, submit an application for licensure/registration to the Nursing Regulatory Body (NRB) where seeking to be licensed/registered. This step is required to obtain eligibility to take the NCLEX*. https://www.nclex.com/registration.page

The cost of taking the NCLEX depends on where candidates take the exam. There are also additional fees to make changes to the registration. Use your Debit or Credit card to make the payment. Your NCLEX- RN registration will be valid for 365 days.
After the NRB declares a candidate eligible and they have registered through Pearson VUE, candidates will receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) email. The ATT email will be sent to the email address provided when registering. Candidates must have their ATT email to schedule an appointment to take the NCLEX.
